How will you despatch my order?
We use the finest international carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, Airmax to ensure your order reaches you at your doorstep in the fastest possible time.


How long will it take for my order to reach me?
While most orders are processed and despatched within 10 days of receipt of payment, please provide up to 8 weeks for processing your order. Most products are handcrafted with extreme care using traditional techniques. Occasionally these stitching materials be in short supply. In case of further delay, we ensure you are kept on loop all the time.
How do I check the status of my order?     
A copy of email is order details are sent once you place order with us. Once the product is ready to dispatch, we confirm the same with another e-mail mentioning the airway bill number (Tracking code) and shipping company name. At anypoint you can track your parcel by going to the shipping carrier website. Should you have any queries about your orders, feel free to contact our support team.


What do you charge for shipping and handling?     
Prices exclude packing, handling and courier charges. These charges are computed and displayed separately depending on your shipping destination and weight of the products you order.


Can we pay in any other currency besides US Dollars?

No matter from which part of the world (except India) you place an order at, the amount debited from your account will be in your local currency (approximately) equivalent to the US Dollar price of the item ordered. For example: A customer placing an order for US$ 69 from the United Kingdom will be debited UK£ 41 (equivalent to the existing exchange rate on the day of the order placed).
Please note that all currency conversions are estimated and the price that you see will be close to the actual price, but not necessarily the exact price of an item.
The final price of an item is the INR value converted from the US$ price displayed on the site and is dependant on the exchange rate prevailing between the US$ and the Indian Rupee.
This INR value is what is charged to the client, and is credited to tailors pointworld. Any difference between this amount and the amount on a client's credit card statement is attributed to bank charges/commission for currency conversion. tailors pointworld has no say or control in determining what these charges are and it is understood that the customer will bear these charges (if any).


Can I return an item?     
Keeping in mind the very basic nature of every tailors point outfit, our customers do appreciate that each outfit ordered online is individually created, crafted and made to fit perfectly in accordance to the measurements provided. Relatively, fashion is an evolution. Due to the dynamism of this evolution, we respect customers ability to support tailors point’s "no return no exchange” policy to help us deliver the very best and latest in Indian fashion.
Kindly be informed that tailors point will not be able to refund any online sales at under any circumstances.
tailors point firmly believes that all the customers who order online are aware that colors seen on a monitor will be slightly different as compared to the color of actual outfit ordered. tailors point believes in providing a safe and secure shopping experience for all clients with stringent and effective security measures on It is tailors point’s policy to never send / share private information, such as your credit card number, via e-mail. What if I do not wish to purchase online?
Tailors point recommends that you place your order online. However, if you prefer to order offline, please print our fax order form, fill in the appropriate details and fax it to us.

Can I order outfits from tailors that are not on the website?     
Yes. tailors point has maximized its efforts to provide a complete online shopping experience. We understand that you as our customer may have different requirements such as :you may wish to order an outfit which is not showcased at tailors, or you may wish to modify the design (embroidery, pattern, fabric) of a showcased outfit at tailors, eg. you may wish to add sleeves to a sleeveless blouse, or you have a specific occasion coming up, such as a wedding, and you would like our team of designers to design something specifically to your taste. All the above (and more!) can be achieved very easily by placing a Custom Order.

Send us an email describing your requirements in detail. Our ability to serve you better will be greatly enhanced by the specific information you are able to provide. Therefore, please do take the time to be as specific as possible. Based on your requirement, tailors point's design team will select or design the appropriate outfits/accessories/jewelry that are in tune with your expectation. You will receive an email with a detailed description of the item(s) requested along with price. (if possible, we will attach digital image(s) of the same) After mutual confirmation on price and design, tailors pointworld will send you an email with your unique Custom Bag link. This link will take you directly to a custom bag page wherein you can see all the items that you requested. You can then complete this personalized purchase online using your credit card.
