Cancellation, Refund and Return Policies

At Tailors point, we are committed to ensuring that our customers have a smooth and satisfactory shopping experience. Please read our cancellation and return policies carefully:

1. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.

2. Return Policy:

  • We understand that sometimes you may not be entirely satisfied with your purchase. While we don't offer refunds for size-related issues or products damaged during shipping, we have an exchange policy in place to ensure your satisfaction.

Exchange Policy:

- If you receive a product in the wrong size or if it's damaged during shipping, we offer an exchange for the same product in the correct size or a replacement. Please follow these steps to initiate an exchange:

- Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product.

- Provide details about the issue and your order number.

- We will initiate the exchange process, which may take 3-5 business days to process.

- After processing, it may take 15-20 business days to receive the exchanged product. Please note that during public holidays and festival seasons, it may take longer.

- The exchanged product will be sent to you at at additional cost, including shipping.

3. Exceptions:

  • Customized and personalized products cannot be exchanged unless they are defective.

5. Expect Delays:

  • On public holidays and during festival seasons, the exchange process may be delayed due to higher volumes and reduced staff availability. Please anticipate additional processing time during these periods.


6. Condition of Returned Products:

  • Products returned for exchange must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags and packaging intact.
